Resources
At SuccessTalks Counselling and Training, we want to equip you with practical resources (information, techniques, and strategies) to help improve your mental health. In fact, we have gone waaaay further than that! We have created a holistic approach to improving your health and wellbeing that covers seven major areas of your life … mental, emotional, physical, behavioural, social, spiritual, and motivational wellbeing. Together, these seven areas can help you create a more rich, full, and meaningful life.
To access these resources, click on the section of the below ‘Holistic Model of Health and Wellbeing’ model you are most interested in. You will then be taken to a list of resources designed to strengthen your ‘health and wellbeing’ muscles in this area.
Many of the resources can be used by you without help. However, we encourage anyone who feels they are still struggling to reach out a professional counsellor
